But having a reputation as a rogue cop who sometimes operates in the grey areas of the law. He enlists the help of like-minded citizens of the community: a prodigal young woman, a model airplane enthusiast, and a firebug. They use the same technology as the offenders to work together and trap the perpetrators of this most unusual crime.
